- Northern Star Resources Limited - $1.5 billion+ syndicated corporate facilities and hedging arrangements.
- Paladin Energy Limited – US$150mln secured syndicated facilities with Nedbank and Macquarie Bank relating to, among other things, financing for the Langer Heinrich Uranium Project in Namibia.
- Bellevue Gold Limited - A$200m project financing with Macquarie Bank and hedging for the Bellevue Gold Project in WA.
- Macmahon Holdings Limited - A$250 million secured syndicated debt facility with HSBC as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner and their A$145 million syndicated asset finance facility, with National Australia Bank as Mandated Lead Arranger.
About you
As our successful candidate you should be able to demonstrate a desire, and the capacity, to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions. You should be an ambitious high performer, looking to work in an environment where your performance will be duly recognised and rewarded accordingly. In addition, you will have:
- 3-6 years’ PQE experience, with strong exposure to leveraged, acquisition, project and/or corporate/real estate finance transactions
- A desire to work on technically challenging matters
- Outstanding drafting and advice writing skills
- Superior analytical skills
- The ability to work effectively with clients
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
