We're looking for someone with at least three years PQE. Ideally, you'll come from a top-tier, international, or highly regarded mid-tier firm or a recognised In-House organization. A strong grounding in M&A, General Corporate, Equity Markets, and Commercial experience is essential, along with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
