We are seeking a positive and flexible support person to join our busy team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of general office based tasks, including:
• reception;
• scanning, binding and photocopying;
• rounds;
• editing and formatting documents;
• relief for administrative assistants; and
• assistance with billing.
The ideal candidate will have:
• excellent attention to detail;
• good typing and Microsoft Word skills;
• efficient time management; and
• a flexible service oriented approach to work.
The successful applicant will be highly organised, have a professional telephone manner and confident communication skills. You will be a team player who shows initiative and is motivated to meet and exceed expectations.

This permanent part time position is offered as 2.5 to 3 days per week (days and hours to be agreed with a 5:30pm finish).
This opportunity could suit an experienced administrator, or a junior who has the right attitude and wants to pursue an administrative career in a law firm.
