About the role:

• Real property leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants, across all asset classes nationally, as well as retail leasing for national retailers across the eastern states.
• Sophisticated real estate transactions e.g. recent redevelopment in Darling Harbour.
• Property finance for real estate fund managers and lenders.
• Complex property development transactions - this extends to joint venture projects, contamination issues and risk allocation.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer to Senior Associate (1-6 PQE).
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Experience in real estate transactions and/or leasing, coming from a recognised property law team/firm.
• Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in property law.  Down to earth with a bubbly personality who can work well alone and within the team.
