As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will work in our Commercial Team as they advise on a wide range of matters, including:
- complex and routine corporate and commercial advices
- contract reviews, preparation, negotiations and bespoke advice
- leasing and crown leasing advice
- commercial property sales and purchases
- business restructures and transactions
The successful candidate should hold or be eligible to hold a restricted practicing certificate.
