What are we looking for?
As the LCA Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of legal cost agreements across the firm nationally. This is a full time opportunity in our Melbourne office. In this role your day to day duties will include:
- Maintain organised and detailed records of all legal cost agreements, ensuring accessibility for audits and reference purposes.
- Assist the Senior Legal Counsel - LCA Operations in respect to the management of the firm's portfolio of legal costs agreements across all jurisdictions.
- Work closely with Professional Standards and Risks Team, Legal Teams, and the Costing Team to streamline cost agreement processes nationally.
- Update legal cost agreements to reflect changes in legal services, scope, and other relevant factors.
- Draft reports, memorandum, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the firm's IT department to integrate cost agreements into document management systems and software for easy access and automation.
- Assist with any inquiries and issues related to legal cost agreements.
- Work collaboratively with your team and others in the firm.
- Deal with all administrative matters related legal cost agreements.
- Other duties as directed.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent computer literacy and capable of working with a wide variety of computer software, including intermediate level Microsoft excel.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own work day-to-day, internally motivated and driven.
- Ability to build rapport and liaise professionally with all levels of staff.
