Your new company is a Federal Government Agency with offices in Sydney CBD and Parramatta. They are looking for 2 L&D Advisors to assist with an exciting project.
Your new role
As a Learning and Development Adviser, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of the learning design and development stages for learning projects.
Responsibilities:- Project management and support: supporting the team to monitor project plans, as well as coordinating and facilitating meetings/workshops
- Learning design and development: working closely with stakeholders to identify needs, develop learning solutions and deliver learning solutions where required
- Relationship management: work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain positive working relationships, and respond to enquiries and requests in a positive and timely manner
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience in a similar role in Learning and Development, ideally within a Federal Government organisation
Demonstrated project management skills
Demonstrated experience in the design of learning solutions
Ability to balance competing demands to ensure that objectives are achieved
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
