THE ROLE:
The Learning & Development Manager has prime accountability for developing and executing the learning & development strategy. This position is paramount in the development of performance management, reward and recognition and to develop an engaged workforce that will deliver high performance outcomes. Your overall responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative L&D initiatives and programs as well as proactively coach and support managers around group and individual L&D solutions to achieve their teams learning objectives. Other responsibilities will include supporting the HR team with projects and initiatives as required and facilitate a broad range of learning solutions.
THE CRITERIA:
To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of 5-7 years' experience within L&D ideally within a corporate environment. You will have demonstrated experience in delivering L&D projects from inception to delivery and have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships. To be considered for this role you will be available to start at short notice.
