Your New Role
You will lead a small team of truly passionate acoustic professionals, supporting clients in leveraging their environmental data to make increasingly informed decisions on noise management effort and investment. You will lead the scoping and execution of critical projects for a diverse range of clients across heavy industry, extractive industries, infrastructure, built environment, utilities and renewable energy.
In this multi-faceted role, you will lead and drive the direction and growth of the Acoustics team, with strong support from the broader leadership team. You will provide an environment in which your team are supported and mentored as they continue to grow, as well as one in which the team are proactive in rolling their sleeves up to support the broader Environmental team.

About You
You will bring a depth of relevant industry experience in environmental or built environment acoustic assessment, including undertaking acoustic modelling and preparation of acoustic assessments across a range of sectors and project scales. Additional experience in undertaking vibration assessments and modelling would be considered advantageous to the role. This experience will be backed up by relevant qualifications, ideally in acoustic engineering/science or a related discipline.
You will have either demonstrated leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership position. As this role provides you the opportunity of further developing and growing the organisation’s acoustic offering, you will bring a commercial and growth mindset, as well as a collaborative approach to support the broader Environment team.
