What does the job look like?
We are currently seeking a Lead Auditor to join our dynamic Retail team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to audit individual sub-contractor company systems, guaranteeing adherence to regulations and standards. Key areas:

• Perform Subcontractor Management Audits with a key focus on adherence to WHS standards, ATO obligations, Fair Work Australia guidelines, and labour & social governance obligations.
• Facilitate optimum compliance outcomes, demonstrating 100% closure of non-conformance captured against audits.
• Communicate outages with Corporate Compliance and Customer, to give a seamless understanding of sub-contractor's level of understanding and compliance, maintaining site and business unit accountability.
• Compile & distribute fortnightly and monthly tracking reports, to Corporate Compliance and Customer.
• Conduct Subcontractor Pre-Audit information sessions, providing guidance on audit requirements and obligations to Linfox.

Are you the one?
You are a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring compliance. You thrive in a challenging environment and possess a deep understanding of auditing management systems, reporting practices, and have prior experience in road transport compliance and safety. You can demonstrate:

• A proven track record in conducting audits and possess a strong understanding of auditing practices.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Compliance and Safety
• BSBAUD501,503,504 or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in a secondary language is highly regarded
• Cert IV in WHS and knowledge of WHS Act 2011 desirable
• A solid understanding of auditing management systems
• The ability to prepare clear and insightful audit reports
• Ability to travel interstate as required
