Talenza have been engaged to source a Lead BA – Sustainability Reporting (ESG) for a banking client

Employment Type: 12M day rate contract
Location: Sydney
Contract Period: 12 Months, $1100 (inc super) per day

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• 10+ years of finance experience required.
• Previous banking and ESG experience required.
• Experience with complex, multifaceted project delivery with large/dispersed teams with non-negotiable timeframes.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with structured project management methodology.
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle.
• Capabilities in establishing project governance and program delivery frameworks.
• Experienced in estimation and sizing of project deliverables.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivering change.

• Advanced knowledge of a discipline and/or broad knowledge of a function.
