AddressJob Title: LEAD COACH
Wage range: $28 - $33 (Casual Employment)
Hours: Roughly 7 – 10hrs/week. Saturday morning (7:30am – 12pm) availability is essential and mid-week morning’s (9am – 12:30pm) depending on schedule.
Little Kickers is looking for confident, outgoing individuals with a passion for sport or child development to join our team of coaches. Little Kickers teaches football skills to kids aged 18mths - 8yrs through play-based games and imagination.
Ideally successful candidates are part of the team on a long-term basis (2-3yrs), as working with kids demands consistency week to week. It is a casual role with full paid training and ongoing support. The role is
We are looking to fill coaching positions in the Kenmore, Ferny Hills and Fig Tree Pocket area on Saturday mornings primarily and mid-week classes (depending on your schedule).
Successful candidates should:
- Be comfortable working with young children and able to access their inner child (crazy) side.
- Be reliable and able to communicate well with others, including other coaches, parents and kids.
- Use initiative and be willing to learn LK structures and class approaches quickly and effectively
- Be a quick learner that demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and improve your skills
- Have possession of a blue card and first aid certificate (or ability to acquire)
- Preferably have a driver’s licence and car.
Current coaches have expressed their love for this job over many previous experiences they’ve had. The job is very rewarding as you work with the same kids each week and see their skill development and become a positive role model.
