While being agile and responsive to the continuous development of coaches to meet centre's evolving needs. Working closely with centre leadership to evaluate the centre experience from a coach-like approach.Your Impact:
- Delivery of Monthly Coach Workshops:
- Organise and deliver monthly coach workshops over a 6-month intensive program aimed at developing, upskilling, and stretching coaches' learning.
- Design and Delivery of Strength-based Coaching:
- Create and implement strength-based coaching sessions on a monthly basis for all coaches to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Establishing Positive Relationships and Organisational Coaching Practices:
- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with the Operations Leadership team and Expert and State Services teams.
- Act as a key state subject matter expert on organisational coaching practices within Goodstart, assisting in building organisational coaching capability and leadership experience.
- Provide insightful organisational coaching initiatives, recommendations, and plans to coaches to address learning gaps and foster a coach-like culture.

- Lead by following developmental leadership practices, such as starting with trust, reimagining what is possible, taking initiative, creating stronger solutions together, amplifying impact, and focusing where it matters.

- 5+ years in a leadership role (essential)
- Proven experience around (reflective) coaching methodologies and practices which supports a pragmatic, approachable and supportive coaching style (essential if external recruit/desirable internal)
- Experience in influencing and coaching multi-site and diverse teams (essential)
- Strong listening and comprehension skills (essential)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal (essential)
- Experience in developing strategic plans (essential)
