Lead Draftsperson - Cabinet Vision - 4 Day Week

Opportunity available for a Lead Cabinet Vision drafter for a well-established company in Rosewood / Qld! Part-time position to start with our 4 Day Weeks always have a 3 Day Weekend.

With a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, laundries and home offices; we pride ourselves on innovation and customer/client satisfaction. Having a well-established presence in the industry with referrals, residential clients and builders, our organisation is sure to always have confirmed work in the pipeline. No job is the same so attention to detail of every aspect is essential.

Your new role

As a Lead Cabinet Vision draftsperson, you will be expected to have a minimum 2 years experience with the Cabinet Vision program and an understanding of materials used within the construction of joinery as well as creating relevant drawings.

The tasks you will be asked to complete are as follows:

• Examine drawings, work orders and sample parts to establish specifications
• Experience as a cabinet maker is desirable
• Minimum 2 years experience working with Cabinet Vision is a must
• Be able to work on projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Train cadet drafts people in Cabinet Vision

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful within this role, it is necessary to have extensive experience and knowledge using Cabinet Vision software.

Other qualities which will make you an ideal candidate are:

• A high level of communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• A confident but respectful personality
• Ability to coach other cadets
• Ability to liaise and work alongside team members in a fair manner
