Form of work- Assume a leadership role in client engagements
- Work with project teams and clients to define the critical business objectives, critical success factors and the necessary activities to make sure the body of work we are conducting is of measurable business value and has the necessary change enablement focus
- Produce Solution Design artefacts that translate business requirements into solution design
- Actively facilitate focus groups or workshops and run client interviews
Required capability and experience:
- Solid functional knowledge of finance
- 8+ years consulting, and implementation of D365 F&O experience
- A broad range of experience and understanding of Microsoft and industry-standard IT technologies
- Expert knowledge of D365 for Finance modules with demonstrable capability of leading and directing presales, complex projects and internal delivery initiatives
- A deep expertise in Dynamics F&O and a broad understanding of architecting cross-product solutions
- You actively plan and lead tasks for a team, managing backlog, blockers, dependencies and scope
- You set standards for documentation and understand client expectations.
- You research industry trends and understand the challenges faced by your clients.
- You don’t need to be led, you have experience in leading yourself, your team and others.
