About the role
As an early childhood educator your role is about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities, and observing and assessing each child's progress.
You will also focus on fostering social and emotional development, teaching basic skills, and promoting curiosity and creativity.
Our Early Childhood Lead Educators often collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to a child's development, providing valuable guidance and support.
Skills and experience
Prior experience as an Early Years Educator is desirable
