Lead Educator Position

About the Role:

We are currently seeking Lead (Diploma) Educators to join our team in Permanent Roles working across Monday to Friday 7.00am to 6.00pm. 

The Role Will Entail:

1. Developing Secure and Supportive Relationships with children and being able to Communicate and Support Families
2. Mentoring and assisting a team of Educators whilst being part of a large team dynamic
3.  Responsible for keeping records and Compliance/Curriculum up to date
4.  Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the Services Philosophy whilst following the Regulations and National Quality Standards
5.  Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe 
6. Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
7. Engage and create beautiful learning experiences for children

You will already have or be willing to obtain: 

1. Diploma in Early Education and Care 
2. Bachelor Of Early Childhood Or Working Towards 
3. Current First Aid certificate with anaphylaxis and asthma training 
4. Working with Vulnerable People (WWVPC) 
5. Experience with curriculum Planning and Writing 

Desirable:

1.  Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills 
2.  Sound written and verbal communication skills 
3. A good level of computer literacy 
4. A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
