Responsibilities
- Deliver discipline-specific engineering services meeting company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Support engineering design and verification of project deliverables.
- Proactively address safety hazards throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Perform discipline-specific engineering services, including calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Prepare engineering design estimates, incorporating realistic delivery sequences and resource requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring progress, budget, and quality alignment.
- Manage engineering tasks, interface with customers, and ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
- Coordinate with installation contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure discipline deliverables are on schedule and within budget.
- Highly effective organizational skills and communication abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of local and international standards and regulatory requirements.
- Extensive technical, practical, and managerial experience in relevant disciplines.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering project phases, especially in Resources or similar industries.
- Expertise in electrical systems, calculations, power distribution, and related studies.
- Proficiency in design drawings, construction methodologies, and project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Professional engineering license preferred.
- Project management certification a plus.
