- Hold Site Electrical Contractors Licence Nominee position, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Lead, coach, and train site Technicians and third party contractors, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
- Perform and ensure proper maintenance, fault finding of assets, and respond to technical issues effectively
- Experience as an unrestricted A-grade electrician
- Proficiency in fault finding electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment
- Positive attitude, physically capable of performing tasks at heights, and open to travel when required
- Highly organized, with a passion for the industry and possess a nationally recognized High Voltage Operator Certificate
- Previous electrical supervisor experience and relevant High Risk Work Licenses (HRWL)
- Training to an intermediate level in computer skills
- Hold a GWO Basic and GWO Advanced Rescue Training certification
- Leadership or Supervisor Training and familiarity with EHS policies and procedures
