We currently have an opportunity for experienced Lead Functional Consultants to join our team.
Dynamics 365 CELead Functional Consultant
Joining the busy Delivery Team, the Lead Functional Consultant role will be varied and fast paced. You will be working alongside and collaborating with some of the best in the industry, delivering innovative solutions to meet our customers needs.
As Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for functional aspects of Dynamics 365 projects. You will understand customer requirements, analyse business processes, perform fit gap analysis, create functional requirements and solution designs, perform functional testing, conduct user training, and oversee application build, test and deploy activities.
Experience Required
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement gained in multiple full lifecycle delivery projects
- Consulting experience gained through the implementation and maintenance of complex customer projects
- Understand the broader Microsoft stack and applying this to customer solutions (PowerPlatform, Azure)
- Proven business analysis and requirements gathering expertise
- DevOps experience
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems
- Client Centric attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach
