About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Specialist for Origin Zero, you will grow our non-commodity products by educating customers and working with internal stakeholders to leverage all customer interactions to grow our business. Reporting to the Portfolio and Business Development Lead you will promote and generate interest in Solar, Energy Solutions and non-commodity product leads with our Commercial and Industrial customers and will reinvigorate sales pipelines. We are looking for a customer centric Lead generation professional who thrives in researching and identifying key contacts and opportunities within our customers organisations to assist them in their journey towards a net zero future.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales appointments and leads for the Sales teams through outbound calling activities
Manage inbound enquiries email inbox and respond quickly to inbound sales leads
Provide adhoc administrative assistance to the team
Follow up on all sales opportunities and resolve customer enquiries/ issues
What will you bring?
- Experience in a similar Lead Generation or Business Development role in a B2B environment
Proven understanding of commercial energy solutions (e.g. Solar, Flexibility Services, Storage and Electric Vehicle)
Demonstrated ability to delivery exceptional customer outcomes
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Knowledge of Salesforce, Gentrack or similar CRM systems
