As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be an integral part of our Sales Team which is office-based in Croydon VIC. This role will be working on proactive demand and Lead Generation as well as other sales related duties as requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform telesales to current and prospective customers to pro-actively source new business opportunity
- Execute tenacious lead entry, quote and project follow up daily in view of closing open orders
- Learn and understand the technical workings of Studco's product range
- Collect, file & update current and prospective customer contact information in accordance with the Studco database system, including Netsuite database entries
- Research and proactively seek out projects, sales opportunities, and areas to increase business through product education and awareness.
- Meet daily and monthly KPI’s regarding Lead Generation, outbound calls, and meaningful sales interactions.
- Enter quotations, orders and projects into the ERP system
- Answer customer phone calls and inquiries, providing fanatical customer service.
- Support external sales reps with information on potential customers and projects
