Echelon Care is seeking a part or full time Lead Occupational Therapist to join our well respected and vibrant growing team, helping children to adolescents. We are looking for a candidate to become the Lead for our Occupational Therapy team, managing other Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants alongside our speech pathology team.

Clinic-based service (South Morang)

Package will be according to level of experience ($130,000 - $140,000)

includes $5,000 PD allowance AND Car Allowance 

Low weekly KPIs with hourly bonus for excess

Who we are

Echelon Care is a newly founded business providing Speech Pathology services to an array of clients in the Northeast of Melbourne. Our vision is to provide our clients with a multidisciplinary approach with the foundation of care at the centre of all we do, so we are expanding to meet our clients’ needs for occupational therapy. Our brand new clinic is located in South Morang and is neighboured with other providers in a health and wellness precinct, including a sleep clinic.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone to work with the Management team to establish a new team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, working together to deliver holistic intervention based at our South Morang clinic and in the surrounding community.  Echelon Care is very focussed on teamwork, so you will be providing assessment and treatment services to your clients and mentoring and training staff within the broader team environment, where OTs and speechies work together.

What we offer

- Total remuneration package based off experience (including PD, car allowance and super) of $130k - $140k. 

- $5,000 PD allowance with 5 days study leave

- Car allowance

- Low weekly KPI targets

- Hourly bonus payments of $50 for any chargeable hours over your weekly KPI (paid monthly so it’s transparent and immediate)

- All equipment and resources provided 

- Our last team activity was paintball in the Yarra Valley, and involved working together to flank around the Director, accidentally shooting her on the funny bone and stealing the flag…. :)

- Masters of Occupational Therapy

- AHPRA Registration

- Driver’s licence and reliable car

- Working with children check

- Police check

- CPR & First Aid
