About the role:

• Community based role providing Occupational Therapy services to NDIS clients across the lifespan
• Service clients within a 30 minute radius from your home including working with clients from their homes, schools and more
• Occupational Therapists will be responsible for completing NDIS report writing, range of assessments, home trials, equipment prescriptions, home modifications, complex seating and more
• Office located in Melbourne's inner west for you to attend monthly team meetings, internal professional development and complete admin
• Option to work from home to complete admin if that's preferred

Key Perks:

• A competitive salary structure: $75,000 + superannuation for new graduates ranging up to $120,000 + superannuation for experienced clinicians.
• Additional allowances totaling $7,000 for car and technology, with $2,000 annually for professional development.
• Flexible work arrangements with the option to tailor your caseload based on experience and interest.
• Weekly supervision provided with a Team Leader with no clinical responsibilities dedicated to solely supporting their clinicians 
• Comprehensive support through regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and a collegial environment with seasoned professionals.
• Travel capped at 30 minutes to ensure work-life balance.

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
