We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a Team Lead position with a wonderful team in the Inner West of Melbourne!
In this role you will lead a team of 3-4 junior OTs in a Clinic based setting. You will hold a clinical caseload alongside your leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Your clients will include NDIS, Medicare, insurance & private clients from from children to older adults. The amount of clinical to non clinical time can be negotiated based on your experience and motivations. A tailored caseload can also be accommodate to suit your clinical expertise.
This role a full time position.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- 4-5 years of clinical experience
- Proficient skills in complex assessment and report writing
- Experience working within the NDIS system
- MUST have a working with children check and NDIS worker screening check
- Drivers license and own car
- A passion for high-quality service delivery
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
