And that’s where you come in - We Need a Star Qualifier to join our Qualifying team.
You’ll be the one making those initial connections, calling leads brought in by our marketing team, and setting up homeowners to meet with members of our ace House and Land team.
What the role involves:
- Speaking with potential homeowners over the phone, getting them hyped about meeting our sales team
- Engage in discussions and pose questions to evaluate if individuals meet the criteria for homeownership
- Liaising with our House and Land Sales Team/booking appointments for them
- Being the friendly voice and expert on our online chats and social media
- Collaborating with our Marketing Manager to provide constant feedback and collaboration to ensure leads are of the highest possible quality
- Using your skills to navigate through calls, and tackle any hesitations
We’re looking for someone who has got the passion for appointment setting, is determined and a champ at hitting targets and smashing KPIs. If that sounds like you, then we’d love to meet you.
