With a huge earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression. We also offer the flexibility to work from home.
The Role
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Ongoing database management and general compliance
- Ongoing management of placed candidates
- A daily focus on building and maintaining relationships with potential job seekers- we spend lots of time on the phone building rapport and looking for leads
- Performing strategic searches on our database to surface those relevant for job openings
- Screening, interviewing, and referencing job seekers
- Drafting well written adverts and candidate summaries
- Communicating/ promoting contract and full-time job opportunities to those with relevant skills
- Meeting KPI's/ targets that lead to success
The Person:
- We are happy to talk to existing recruiters who want a change of culture, or someone who wants to forge a career in the recruitment industry or someone in Real Estate looking for a career change
- The ability to effortlessly build relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and you’re a natural people person.
- You're an inquisitive in nature, ask questions and think quick to problem solve.
- You’re organised and have the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and projects.
- This is a people industry, so you're a people person who like to connect with others and bring energy to a conversation.
