About the Role:
As a Lead quality assuarnce officer, you’ll be the first warm welcome our potential customers receive, embodying our commitment to exceptional service and our belief in the importance of environment. Your day-to-day will include:
- Promptly responding to inbound leads, ensuring they feel heard and valued from the first interaction.
- Requalifying leads to understand their needs and how SunEnergy can illuminate their path to energy independence.
- Scheduling detailed consultations with our solar consultants, paving the way for informed, confident decisions towards sustainable living.
Additionally, you will be a support to the Operations team conducting administration tasks when lead volumes are low.
