What is the main function of this role?

  • Developing and implementing Quality Assurance plans: This involves defining the testing process, identifying potential risks, and setting quality benchmarks for the digital healthcare products.
  • Overseeing the testing of our products: This includes managing a small team of Quality Assurance testers and ensuring that all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations: Digital healthcare products must comply with a variety of industry regulations and standards. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for ensuring that these regulations are met.
  • Working with developers and other stakeholders: The QA lead works closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and fix defects, improve the quality of the products, and ensure that they meet the needs of users.
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends: The field of digital healthcare is constantly evolving, and the Quality Assurance manager needs to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in Quality Assurance.

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone passionate about Quality Assurance and keen to develop their leadership skills within a digital healthcare company.
  • Quality assurance experience in a regulated environment.
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with good relationship building skills.

Role Requirements

  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely.
  • On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
