Lead Supervisor - Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance

The Lead Supervisor is critical to the success of the social enterprise efficiently managing the job, staff and clients. Working across commercial cleaning and Grounds Maintenance contracts.
 
The Role:

• Ensuring contracts are completed effectively
• Ensuring safety on all projects
• Managing the work rosters
• Ensuring the highest quality of workmanship
• Ensuring asset management is effective
• Workforce management
• Customer liaison
• Some accounts administration 

 
The Person:

• Must have working knowledge of commercial Cleaning &/or Grounds Maintenance best practice
• Ability to be hands on - this is a role where you will need to lead by example
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of individuals that identify as being disabled.
• Excellent admin, timesheet management and invoicing capacity.
• Effective people skills working with the team and clients.
