Now, we have over 100 dedicated team members right across Australia, all working together to improve the patient experience. And we are looking for a Leader. A Leader for the beating heart of what we do - Clinical Delivery. As the Leader – Clinical Delivery you will lead an extraordinary team of nurses, pharmacists and medical practitioners.
- Coordinating and overseeing the design of systems and processes for the delivery of clinical care.
- Maintaining and monitoring professional skills, competence and performance of the clinical team.
- Reviewing clinical incidents and patient experience data as part of the quality improvement processes.
- Collecting and reviewing clinical data to identify trends and educational needs.
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of the nursing team; and
- Ensuring storage, distribution, transport and supply of medications meets all legislative, regulatory and Health Service requirements.
If you are a AHPRA registered healthcare professional, with a background in medicine, pharmacy or nursing, and would like to be the Leader of Clinical Delivery at a healthcare company on the cutting edge of home care delivery, don’t wait to apply.
