Due to growing enrolments and a strategic restructure, Gleeson College is excited to invite applications from suitably qualified professionals for a permanent Teacher and new Position of Responsibility (POR 3 – Leader of Learning Analytics and Emerging Technologies), commencing in January 2025. This position will support the College Leadership team and Leading Learning Team in driving Learning Analytics and the College’s use of technologies into the future.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Their ability to collect and use a range of data to develop strategies to strengthen student agency, literacy, numeracy, pastoral care and wellbeing.
- Their ability to take responsibility for leading excellence in the College’s approach to innovations in technology, wellbeing, curriculum, assessment and pedagogy.
- Evidence of effective leadership, teamwork and collaboration.
- Their ability to support the Catholic ethos of Gleeson College.
- Their commitment to supporting and representing the ethos of our Catholic College as outlined in the Gleeson 10 and the Gleeson Staff 5.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, external providers, colleagues and the wider community.

The POR component is for a fixed term of four years and is offered in accordance with the SA Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020 (as amended or updated).
