Purpose of the Role

The Leadership & Capability Consultant position is integral to building Auto & General/Compare the Market’s Leadership & team culture through end-to-end facilitation of company-wide leadership development, team effectiveness and organisational culture programs that support the achievement of the People & Culture and Auto & General/Compare the Market strategies. 

Position Accountabilities

• Facilitate leadership, team, and professional development programs, up to Senior Leader level
• Consult with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify and prioritise capability needs 
• Support the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of new professional and leadership development programs, aligned to organisational Core, Technical and Leadership Capability Frameworks and utilising blended learning options
• Partner with the broader People & Culture, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development team(s) to ensure targeted development and succession planning solutions aligned to our Auto & General strategy
• Identify gaps in current development programs, remodeling content and/or process to ensure optimum effectiveness and efficiency of a modern, blended and ‘always on’ suite of learning and development solutions – and including optimization of the LMS, particularly as it relates to success measures for learning programs

• Expertise in facilitating exec-level programs
• Exceptional engagement and adaptation skills
• Proficient in diverse learning methodologies
• Innovative program design experience
• Effective autonomy and teamwork
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and flexibility
• Customer-centric with continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
