- To manage complex projects to build engagement, capability, deliver organisational development and non-clinical learning initiatives across Metro North Health.
- Facilitate, design and deliver organisational development capability uplift initiative that build workforce capacity and promote improvements to address the evolving people needs across Metro North Health.
