If you are successful, you will be responsible for:
- The day-to-day running of the business which includes showroom and workshop operations
- Serving customers which includes providing advice, quoting and processing orders and jobs
- Becoming an expert in our range of products offered which includes the full range of ARB 4x4 Accessories
- Creating and executing a business plan with the GM
- Leading and managing approx. 10 team members
- Holding regular “one-on-ones” with your team
- Providing encouragement, guidance and support for your team and holding people accountable for what you expect of them
- Professionally dealing with and communicating face-to-face and via email and phone with all stakeholders
- Upholding safety standards
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and effectively lead a team
- A passion for driving the best customer experience for your customers
- Experience in a similar role working in the same/similar industry
- A passion for the 4WD industry
- Highly computer-literate
- Professional presentation
- Aspirations to be in the role long-term
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or tertiary education
