AddressThe Aquaculture Leading Hand position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team within the seafood industry, located in the picturesque setting of Bowen, Whitsundays.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of up to seven staff members, operation and maintenance of control system and more.
The role offers:
- Competitive annual salary + Super + Accommodation (all bills incl.) and 9-days fortnight roster

- Repairs and troubleshooting of critical equipment and infrastructure
- Experience in a similar role and/or in a related field
- Previous experience in Seafood industry (preferred). Alternatively, small crops/farming experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
