Spencer Constructions is a family owned and run business that was established in 2012. Our projects include residential new builds and renovations as well as commercial and modular projects.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or currently enrolled)
- Possess a minimum of 5 years carpentry experience (post apprenticeship)
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Leading Hand role
Tasks & responsibilities
- Effective supervision of carpentry team members using a range of skills, knowledge and processes to achieve timely outcomes that meet company expectations and quality standards in a safe environment
- Effective and efficient management of specific projects, tasks, resources that meet contract and code deliverables
- Effective management of communication and relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Meets operational standards by actively and positively participating in professional development, planning and continuous improvement activities
