Overtime opportunities and incentives as a BTP employee. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of your team to deliver high quality BTP component solutions in our Component Rebuild Centre. Key Requirements Previous experience in a Leading Hand or similar role. Automotive or Engineering Trade Certificate with component rebuild experience on Caterpillar equipment preferred. Rebuild experience on one or more of the following: Caterpillar transmissions, torque converters, diffs, and final drives, wheel groups, hydraulic cylinders. Competent computer skills with experience using Caterpillar SIS preferred. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety measures in the workplace.
