SalaryAbout the role We are currently looking for two motivated Leading Hands with either an Mechanical background. Reporting to and working in tandem with the Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible to support the maintenance activities within in the relevant department to provide the availability, reliability and performance of equipment, necessary to meet the department plan and targeted objectives. Key responsibilities for this role include: • Ensuring a safe workplace, identifying, and addressing risks appropriately and demonstrating positive safety behaviour. • Executing maintenance activities according to the weekly work schedule and unscheduled work as required. • Executing preventative maintenance inspections on equipment including but not limited to conveyors, continuous miners, shuttle cars, feeders, longwalls, mobile diesel equipment and winders. • Assisting in developing and enhancing work procedures and maintenance instructions. • Collaborate with Maintenance Planners, Project Controllers and other leadership teams.
