Are you a skilled Leading Hand with a passion for civil engineering and Water infrastructure projects? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our clients team for a temporary contract until December 2024, to contribute to an exciting refurbishment project in Tuross Head on the stunning South Coast of NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate civil works related to the conversion of a dry well into a wet well.
- Supervise the installation of new mechanical and electrical (M&E) pumps.
- Manage the fit-out of the switch room in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team.
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction projects, preferably within Water infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of pump station operations and maintenance.
- Proficiency in coordinating and supervising construction activities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
