We are looking for a dedicated Senior HR Services Adviser to join our dynamic team.The People Services Team Lead will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our HR advisory function and in establishing 'best practice' standards within the team. Reporting directly to the People Advisory Team Leader, this role is pivotal in ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch support to our employees and contractors throughout their lifecycle with us.Key Responsibilities:Manage Service Now: Oversee ticket allocation, provide updates to requestors, follow up with support services, and ensure SLA compliance.HR Advice: Provide accurate HR advice on guidelines, business rules, Employment Agreements, and Modern Award interpretation.General Administration: Support the HR team with tasks such as generating reports, managing Novated Leases, and updating the HR Intranet.Expert User: Be the go-to expert on HR processes within HR systems, providing troubleshooting and process execution support.Process Enhancement: Identify and implement solutions to improve processes, forms, templates, and tools like the HR Intranet, ECMS, SuccessFactors, SAP, and ServiceNow.Data Integrity: Make recommendations to improve master data integrity and visibility, supporting HR Information System change activities.Compliance: Maintain systems and document registers in compliance with People Standards, Business Rules, and Processes.File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and complete employee files as per company standards, monitoring HR Information Systems data replication to SAP.Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR advisory role within a people services/shared services environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
