How will I Help?
As a Lean Six SigmaMaster Black Belt you will be responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma Learning across the Westpac Group by maintaining, updating, creating, and delivering content as well as coaching employees while they are undertaking Process Improvements. Focused on the uplift of the Lean Six Sigma capability across the Westpac Group and instilling a Lean Culture focusing on continuous and process improvements.
This role sits within the Continuous Improvement and Capability team in the COO in Group Operations. Although, this sits within Group Operations the learning and facilitation is conducted across the Westpac Group. The role will also be driving the newly formed 'Lean Council' within Group Operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitate Lean Training and Workshops across the Westpac Group.
- Coaching of employees going through Process Improvements.
- Uplift all Lean Training content and add Black Belt course to curriculum.
- Work with our provider LCS to align content with their requirements for Accreditation.
- Be part of the Lean Council using expertise to assess and categorise small, medium, or large-scale process improvements.
- Training, Coaching and Facilitation (White, Yellow, Green and Black)
- Instilling Lean Culture.
- Reporting on course outcomes and benefits associated.

What do I need?
- Experienced Lean Six SigmaMaster Black Belt.
- Experienced in facilitating, coaching, and building new training content.
- Change Management experience.
- Analytical mindset, solution driven.
- Experience working in a large complex environment.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Certificate IV in TAE will be highly regarded.
- Ability to travel where required.
