About the Role:Reporting to the General Manager of Capability and Culture, you will be the driving force of our
Learning and Development team. Your role will involve managing all logistics for our
Learning and Development programs, fostering collaborative partnerships, and ensuring the smooth and impactful delivery of Group learning programs.You'll be part of a passionate team of
Learning and Development professionals, committed to delivering impactful programs that build robust skills and capabilities across our business.
About You:We are looking for a superstar with:
- A qualification in Learning and Development or HR.
- At least 3 years of stellar experience in Learning and Development or a related field, ideally within a large, complex, and diverse organisation.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end project management of learning initiatives and a high attention to detail.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects with ease.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience working within a large matrixed talent structure, adept at creating customised solutions and leveraging a collaborative approach for success.
