About the roleAs a
Learning and Development Practitioner, you will have a crucial role in designing and developing modern and user-friendly learning materials, guides and tools that support the implementation of our health and safety system, policies, and procedures. Your main responsibility will be to review and analyse the training and competency framework and collaborate with the safety team to identify the highest priority and highest risk work activities that require learning resources for operational employees. Additionally, you will help managers and employees adopt a consistent and compliant approach to safe work practices and high-priority day-to-day tasks. Your other duties will include working with the Safety Team to stay updated on the identified health and safety risks to the organization and establish appropriate learning solutions to mitigate those risks.
We're looking for someone with:- Tertiary qualifications, or demonstrated experience in a Learning and Development/Organisational Development/Human Resources environment
- Proven expertise in administering a learning management system (Oracle preferred) and using e-learning applications to produce engaging content
- Experience with HR systems, in particular Performance Development Plan systems (PageUp)
