This is your exclusive opportunity to join a successful and growing Logistics company located in the heart of Mascot. As a Transport Admin you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing freight.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing freight orders
- Managing and coordinating up to 5 docks
- Responding to customer enquiries in relation to deliveries and orders
- Liaising with transport providers
- Ensuring smooth operation of docks and liaising with drivers
- Data entry of jobs, freight incoming and outgoing into the system
- Maintain open communication with Local and National Operations Teams
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- On site parking available

- Previous experience in logistics, freight, scheduling or coordination
- Strong attention to detail
