The Role
As a direct report to the Learning and Growth Experience Manager, in this role you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of Yarra Valley Water's people, coordinating learning initiatives, compliance training and learning programs.

The role offers specialist support for large projects of work within the Enterprise Culture & Performance Division, encompassing Recognition & Reward, Culture & Engagement surveys, and Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities
Our team values exposure, growth, and interesting work, which means you will engage in a wide range of projects:

  • Organising the Vacation Student Recruitment Drive
  • Overseeing the Learning Components of the Cornerstone LMS
  • Administering and coordinating Training
  • Managing the Coordination of Orientation Events
  • Administrative support for YVW's Recognition & Reward Program
  • Providing Data Reporting and Insights

About you
We are looking for someone who is results focused and enjoys taking ownership of tasks through to completion. You will have a positive, flexible approach to work, strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a drive to achieve personal and shared goals. If you possess the following skills, we would like to hear from you:

  • Prior experience in a technical role supporting the Learning & Development function with a strong focus on automation, process improvement and user experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as presentation, data analysis, reporting and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
  • Articulate 360 experience is desirable.
