The purpose of this role is to provide quality, effective and timely capability, and development solutions to meet a range of business needs.
The Learning Delivery Specialist undertakes the delivery and implementation of learning interventions and projects to support capability and development initiatives in the Business Unit and across the broader business. The Learning Delivery Specialist administers Learning Delivery and content and knowledge management via the learning management system. The Learning Delivery Specialist works with their leader, L&D Design Specialists and the Learning Partner to ensure that learning solutions are planned, delivered and evaluated in a way that meets business needs.
This is a full time, max term contract until December 31 2024, based in our Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once trained.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Business unit and enterprise training aligned to the Business Unit people plan, EML learning strategy and learning priorities for each business unit.
- Support your Leader and Learning Partners as required.
- Provide effective customer-centric service to ensure learning is appropriate for BU.
- Deliver individual and group capability development initiatives as required, and in a variety of modalities.
- Undertake relevant administration tasks, including learning content and knowledge management, via learning management and other systems.
- Assess the effectiveness of learning solutions (content, delivery and structure) ongoing and provide feedback and suggestions to Business unit leaders and Learning Partner.
- Provide reporting on training conducted and its effectiveness.
- Optimise training delivery approach based on adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer and capability growth for learners.
- Work with the Capability and Performance team and communities of practice to enhance, share ideas and deliver training in innovative and engaging ways.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous case management experience, with technical knowledge of the RTW Act 2014 and workers compensation.
- Passion for people and experienced in providing training or coaching to the wider team.
- Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Proactive, positive attitude, resilient and a willingness to learn.
