This centre of excellence in healthcare is seeking an experienced
Learning Designer, to develop online training, quick reference guides and training materials to support a project with their Customer Service team. This is a stand-alone role, so you will be working autonomously to deliver the training material. This is an immediate start, 3-4 month assignment.To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate proven experience and success designing and developing effective online training programs for onboarding, customer service and new processes. No specific authoring tools experience required.You will ideally be an instructional designer, eLearning specialist, technical writer or broad L&D/Training consultant that can translate processes and systems into easy to understand training guides. You will also have a solid understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to work with stakeholders across the business and create pragmatic learning solutions.We encourage your contact and welcome your enquiries.
