WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- This Learning & Development Associate will be a mentor and coach to the hospital and GP sales teams.
- Utilising your experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative to enhance sales techniques you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and team effectiveness.
- Evaluate training outcomes and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends and best practices.
- Create training materials and resources to support learning initiatives.
YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LANDING THIS ROLE
- Open to leading, coaching and performance managing direct reports.
- At least 4 years’ hands on experience as a Hospital Specialist Representative.
- Demonstrable business planning skills, analytical and strategic.
- Able to work independently, flexible and adaptable.
- Tertiary qualified in science or health-related field.
- Preferably Medicines Australia qualification.
