Are you passionate about designing and delivering impactful learning programs?Enjoy working in person with our frontline teams and leaders across our various sitesFlexible and hybrid work arrangements availableWhat You'll DoWe currently have a full-time permanent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Trainer where you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deliver training for front line employees and managers across the NRMA portfolio of businesses.In particular, you will create learner experiences that give our team members the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences for our members, customers and guests. Working closely as part of a Learning & Capability team, and key business stakeholders, you’ll conduct needs analysis, create and deliver training programs and initiatives across multiple modalities that align to business objectives and to the NRMA Playbook.The role is based from either Sydney or the Gold Coast. We offer hybrid work arrangements with the flexibility to work from home and travel to all our sites with weekly attendance at our Coolangatta or Sydney offices as agreed and required for the role.Your responsibilities will encompass:Partnering with the business and team members to design learning that meets learner needs, aligns to business objectives, and to our Playbook valuesDesigning creative, effective and engaging learning materials and programs using a variety of platforms and toolsLeveraging a blended learning approach that includes e-learning, virtual sessions, self-directed learning as well as face to face workshops, sessions and modulesAssessing, evaluating and iterating to ensure the success of each initiativeFacilitating and delivering training with consistency and quality – this will require travel for face to face training across a portfolio of sites and will also include virtual trainingWorking collaboratively with stakeholders to identify core skill gap, key learner priorities and embed learning initiativesParticipating in projects requiring learning support such as inductions and onboarding, systems, policy and procedural changes to ensure a great learner experienceWorking with functions such as HR and Safety to ensure training meets legislative requirements and best practicesFlexing and adapting to changing needs across the organisation and the team, leaning in to assist where neededWhat You'll BringAn ability to build strong stakeholder relationshipsExcellent facilitation skills, both online and face to faceStrong instructional design skills across a variety of platforms, video and tools including Articulate, Canva, Ed-App and VyondCuriosity – always looking for ways to improve to meet future needsFlexibility and ability to adaptThe drive to take ownership and accountability for your portfolio/projectsA passion for learning - seeking to continually develop your own knowledge and skillsThe ability to demonstrate and role model our Playbook valuesDemonstrated experience in a similar role, with work in the hospitality industry an advantageCertificate IV in Training and Assessment with relevant tertiary qualificationsWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
